Job Description

● Assist with set and implement HNW sales strategies in cooperation. ● Develop sales plans aligned with sales long-term and short-term strategies. ● Design and develop customer relationship processes. ● Continuously help to improve the performance of sales through attracting new sales leads. ● Keep the effective relationship with customers specific key customers and develop customers loyalty plans. ● Develop standards for ensuring customer satisfaction. ● Sales (HNW subunit) resource planning and getting the Sales Director's confirmation. ● Train and develop the team. ● Set objectives for subordinate positions and performance evaluation. ● Assist with HNW team members hiring and firing. ● Promote corporate culture and adherence to company principles.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or an MBA graduate. ● Excellence communication skills. ● Excellence negotiation skills. ● Familiarity with marketing and sales of investment products. ● Expert in Office tools. ● Fluency in English.
