● Assist with set and implement HNW sales strategies in cooperation.

● Develop standards for ensuring customer satisfaction.
● Sales (HNW subunit) resource planning and getting the Sales Director's confirmation.
● Train and develop the team.
● Set objectives for subordinate positions and performance evaluation.
● Assist with HNW team members hiring and firing.
● Promote corporate culture and adherence to company principles.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or an MBA graduate.
● Excellence communication skills.
● Excellence negotiation skills.
● Familiarity with marketing and sales of investment products.
● Expert in Office tools.
● Fluency in English.
