Job Description

Objective: managing the sales department in a foodstuff distributing . Main responsibilities : - Design sales strategies - Well-developed strategic sales skills - Having at least 3 years of foodstuff distribution experience in Sales Manager position. - Plan for sales channels - Scheduling the sales program with sales team - Meeting the sales targets - Supervise and monitor the sales activities and develop action plans to achieve targets - Monitor actual sales in comparison with the plan and revise the plan when necessary - Reporting to : Managing Director - Subordinates : Sales team - Number required : 1 - Desired start date : As soon as possible - Probation : 3 months - Job location: Tehran - Travel requirements : Occasional travel requirement -Coordinate the sales team according to targets of company. -Control all the staff activities in his segment. -Ability to perform and control the Processes of sales department in a foodstuff distributing company. - Develop individual sales goals for the team

Requirements

University qualifications : Business Management / Related university degree Other certifications : Having any certificate in Field of sales in foodstuff distributing company Previous experience : At least 3 years experience in sales, in foodstuff distributing company. Specialist knowledge : - Excellent communication skills. - Fluent in MS office and related software. - Team work - Leadership & Managerial Skills - Planning, organizing and solving problem skills - Communication & Interpersonal Skills - Strong negotiation skills - Managing people Ideal Age Range : 30-40 Gender Preference : Male Language Skills : Fluent in English
