-Plan, lead and control all sales activities to develop business profitability and growth objectives
-Monitor operations, financial performance, marketing and product enhancement to develop the market size
-Plan and set strategy to achieve targets
-Lead and develop sales team and share the targets
-Compile and analyze the data of divisions
-Provide timely feedback to headquarter
-Engage with media and press to create publicity for TAPSI's brand and Guide marketing team to develop local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns
-Establish and manage relationship with government and regulatory organizations
Requirements
-Bachelor's or Master’s degree required
-4 to 6 years of relevant experience
-Data-driven mindset and sound business judgment
-People management and leadership
-Strong creative and critical thinking capability
-Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges
-Role involves travelling / 80% of time in the operating city and the rest in Tehran
