- Setting direction for the implementation of sales business plans.
- Overall planning of sales of products in cities.
- Exploring & Studding the competitor’s movements in the target market.
- Ensuring promotions plan are set and followed throughout the year.
- Identifying & tracking the sales goals in the cities.
- Providing input for the development of incentive plans for sales team.
- Controlling the amount of returns products and trying to reduce this amount.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in the field of sales manager in food industry.
- Strong Forecasting, targeting and Reporting
- Excellent communication skills , Time management & problem solving.
- Willingness to work in a challenging and demanding position which requires frequent traveling.
- Ability to manage teams and work as a member of team.
- Must have strong sales and presentation skills with ability to communicate professionally with customers.
