• Plan, organize, lead and control all sales activities
• Develop market share
• Lead and develop a highly motivated and well performing sales team
• Manage daily sales operation
• Develop an accurate seasonal sales forecast
• Meet quarterly and annual business target
• Compile and analyze sales figures
• Provide timely feedback to CEO regarding performance
• Attend exhibitions and host technical seminars and events
• Meet consumer finance and sales tasks
Requirements
• At least BA degree on Sales, Marketing
• Minimum 5 years of experience on sales managing
• Good knowledge of Home Appliance and Av products sales management is advantageous
• Good knowledge of Av products and Home Appliance markets is advantageous
• Strategic thinking ability and excellent communication skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English
