• Set general policies and strategies for sales channels, marketing & brand
• Defines quantitative and qualitative targets for acquisition, sales, and customer service
• Assumes responsibility for and performs continuous monitoring of the sales volume and new cars revenue in the whole network
• Analyses the sales market potential and market utilization
• Controls sales promotion measures
Requirements
• A good background in business
• M.S/ B.S Degree or equivalent in Management, Sales and Marketing / MBA is preferred
• At least 10 years professional experience in related field which 4 years acted as Sales & Marketing manager preferably in automotive sector
• Very good Marketing and Sales knowledge of relevant systems and processes
• Good team building skills
• Knowledge of customer experience analysis
