-Prepare sales action plans and strategies
-Schedule sales activity

Requirements
-BSc or MSc in chemical engineering, applied chemistry and Analytical Chemistry & business management
-At least 7 years of experience in sales management, experience in Cosmetics and personal care industry is advantage
-Experience in B to B business type
-Managing the sales team and have skill to grow business through growing team work
-Strong public relation and communication skills
-Good negotiation skill
-Fluent in English
-Eager to sell and learning
-Understanding the sales process
-Try to build a constant relationship with the current/ potential customers
-Understanding to specify lead / customer Grade
-Strong Teamwork and Flexible
-Computer Skills: MS Office
-Ability to arrange meeting for introducing and present
-Ideal Age: 30 - 40
