-Main responsibilities:
-Management of Marketing & Sales in the field of wallpaper and laminate flooring
-Attract new customers
-Research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights
-Determining sales strategy
-Improving sales and participating in sales negotiation sessions
-Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idea to execution
-Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products
-Regular updating of marketing plans, and formulating, direct and coordinate the activities and policies to promote product brand image and increase the business targets
-Plan, organize, lead and control all sales activities

Requirements
-At least bachelor's degree in Business or marketing from reputable university
-At least 2 years’ Experience in decoration
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially over the phone.
-The creation of methods to convince customers to buy products or change minds and behavior
-Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
-Have a strong sense of responsibility
-The ability to monitor sales and marketing team
-Setting the monthly/Daily targets of the team
-Energetic and highly motivated for long-term cooperation
