Main objective of the role is to ensure achievement of primary sales volume and value goals in designated areas by implementing sales strategy and through harnessing the full potential of sales team and helping them to improve competencies. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales targets and managing receivables as per the set objectives.
- Penetrate in market and diffuse Company products (Find new opportunities and potentials in market)
- Identify & track the sales goals in the supervision area.
- Monitor sales team and sales activities of Distributors in assigned area.
- Control inventory of Distributors and send product orders on time to Sales Dep.
- Dealing with promotional activities.
- Dealing, Staffing, evaluating and training the sales team (Sales Rep)
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Explore & Study the competitor’s movements in the target market
- Prepare all necessary report (market research, competitive analysis, market trend monitoring…)
- Control the amount of returns products and try to reduce this amount

Requirements
- University qualifications: BBA degree, preferably MBA
- Previous experience: at least 3 years effective
- Management experience in Houseware field is plus
- Skills: Strong in Team work, negotiation, dealing, leadership ability, communication and professional behavior
