• Handle a team of company personnel or company authorized distributors in many cities of the country to achieve share objectives.
• Expertise in merchandising
• Should be a greater leader with excellent selling and teaching skills
• Develop marketing strategies & sale plans & sale forecasting.
• Coaching, training and monitoring the sales staff and sales agents
• Provide ideas on sales
• Maintain the brand standards and strengthen the brand.
• Dynamic sales plans review and revision on a monthly basis
Requirements
• Male, master degree or above
• Age range between 35-45 years
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in a similar sales role in a recognized or a known brand FMCG company preferably related to food.
• Charismatic personality
• Good at Ms Office, specially with excel
• Excellent leadership ability and motivator
• Creative and analytical thinking
• Willing to take challenge and capable to work under pressure with flexibility
• Ability to travel a lot (as needed)
• High level of operating discipline
