One of our companies in Fouman Chimie Industrial Group is looking for a Sales Manager with the following responsibilities:
● Provide leadership, expertise, and professional advice to the company on sales development matters, ensuring that the company’s business objectives are supported with the right sales development strategy.
● Build and develop highly motivated, target-oriented distributors, capable of meeting or exceeding, demanding, and stretching targets and profit margin objectives.
● Set direction for the implementation of the sales business plans and ensure their enforcement.
● Ensure promotions or plans are set and followed throughout the year.
● Monitoring the market and competitors constantly.
● Supervising the sales team to reach the targets.
● Preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly sales reports.
● Performing research to identify new potential customers and channels for the business.
● Following up with the customers’ needs and demands as well as after-sales services.
● Generating new product/service development ideas based on the voice of customers’ feedback.
Requirements
● Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in business management, executive management, or marketing.
● At least 10 years of experience in the cosmetics industry (the haircare field is an advantage).
● Microsoft Office skills; ability to prepare a report in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint.
● Good public relations and teamwork skills.
● English knowledge; at least an upper-intermediate level in reading, writing, and speaking.
● Ideal age range: 35 to 45 years old.
