
Job Description
In order to build up our sales and marketing team for personal care and cosmetic products, we are looking for an expert sales manager. Responsibilities: 1. Managing, training and developing all field sales incumbents from the managers of distribution companies and sales staff, to sales representatives, pharmacy advisers and so forth 2. Closing wholesale contracts with the most effective and sufficient number of distributor partners to assure total capillary supply into all targeted sectors, markets and segments 3. Recruiting, training and managing sales team to promote related products 4. Monitoring all sales numbers in an exhaustive detailed manner, reporting them timely to VP of marketing and strategically engineering sales forecast and revising sales targets on a daily basis.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: 1. 2 years of experience in whole sales management or distribution management of any FMCG to drug stores, grocery stores, beauty stores or beauty salons. 2. Bachelor's degree in Science or Business. Compensation: 1. Basic monthly salary more than the norm. 2. Benefits (mission rewards+total insurance+commuting allowance+ Norouz bonus). 3. Rewards for target achievement as percentage of annual sales volume.
