Handle a team of company personnel or company authorized distributors Should be a great leader with excellent selling & teaching skills Develop marketing strategies & sale plans & sale forecasting Coaching, training and monitoring the sales staff Maintain the brand standard and the strengthen the brand Provide ideas on sales Dynamic sales plans review and revision Be familiar with food industries especially raw material & flavor Competitive analysis and market trade monitoring High ability of negotiation with managers of other companies
Requirements
Male, master degree or above Age range: between 35 to 45 years At least 10 years of relevant working experience in a similar sales role in a known brand company preferably related to food and B to B business Charismatic personality Creative and analytical thinking Excellent leadership ability and motivator Good at MS office and excel Willing to take challenge and capable to work under pressure with flexibility Ability to travel a lot High level of operating discipline
