Job Description
Main responsibilities:
Develop retail sales strategies for the province of Tehran
Watch competitors strategies and act accordingly
Ability to develop new ideas to increase market share
Ability to generate new ideas for distributing new goods and have the vision
to successfully campaign and distribute the products
Ability to find ,recruit and train sales staff
Ability to generate new ideas for new products either for production or redistribution of Foreign goods
Leadership characteristics is a must to be able to supervise the sales staff
