- Enough knowledge for Marketing, promoting, and selling products.
- Strong account management and relationship building skills.
- Managing and Recommending products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests.
- Responsible for planning and supervising activities in sales and create report to Managing Director.
- Supporting the customer needs and getting their feedback towards their experience.
- Capability of making a strong trust-based relationship between the customer and us.
- Apply product knowledge and industry knowledge to each customer interaction.
- Keep the sales team motivated and help them to achieve our sale goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years of work experience
- Familiar with computer and office software
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build
- Familiar with working principles and rules
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
