- Fully understand the business requirements of prospects and current customers.
- Develops, maintains, and advances relationships with current and potential customers to cultivate new selling opportunities.
- Documents and communicates the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate with pre-sales and professional services teams.
- Input ideas and participate in Sales events.
- Work as a team member with other sale experts.
- Communicating with customers via direct contact & Telephone & Written correspondence (Letter, Faxes, and etc.)
- Monitoring customer preferences.
- Responsible for achieving his/her sale target.
-Continuously monitor customer satisfaction in sales
-Develop own network by identifying potential new attractive target locations or potential acquisition leads
-Receive feedback from dealers and develop solutions to increase sales performance of dealers
Requirements
- Priority is given to people who have experience in the Bazar.
- A Good back ground and knowledge in business especially in Sales
- M.S/ B.S Degree or equivalent in Management, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering , / MBA is preferred
- Familiar with Sales process in automotive sector
- Good team building skills
- Familiar with process of problem solving and decision making
- Ability to work under pressure and good flexibility
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Skills in negotiation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Acceptable interpersonal skills
