- Fully understand the business requirements of prospects and current customers.
- Develops, maintains, and advances relationships with current and potential customers to cultivate new selling opportunities.
- Documents and communicates the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate with pre-sales and professional services teams.
- Input ideas and participate in Sales events.
- Identifying, qualifying, developing and closing contracts for assigned services.
- Work as a team member with other sale experts.
- Communicating with customers via direct contact & Telephone & Written correspondence (Letter, Faxes, and etc.)
- Monitoring customer preferences.
- Responsible for achieving his/her sale target.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 5 years’ related work experience.
- Good presentation Skills.
- Previous experience negotiating with agents.
- Demonstrates understandings of profit and loss concepts.
- Computer skills of MS Office & related
