Objective of the role: Increase inquiries and potential tenders regarding oil, gas and petrochemical instrument and equipment.
List of responsibilities:
1- Meet company clients and update client resources to acquire suitable inquiries and tenders
2- Follow up clients to get technical and commercial approval
3- Follow up ordering steps and MRS of delivered goods
4- Negotiate and finalize orders with clients
5- Issue sales documents as technical and commercial offer and also Preforma invoice
6- Follow up financial settlements with clients
7- Recognize potential tenders and issue and fill tenders documents and forms.
Reporting to: Managing Director.
Length of Probation Period: 1 Month.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM .
Travel requirements: Twice a year.
Gross Monthly Base Salary: Negotiable.
Commission / Bonus / Benefits: 1% Sales commission.
Requirements
University Qualifications: University degree in related fields .
Nature and length of previous experience: 3 Years experience in related field .
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Computer Skills: Experience working with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Having good knowledge of ICDL.
- Having good knowledge regarding common use instrument and equipment in oil, gas and petrochemical companies
