Position Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Fully understand the business requirements of prospects and current customers
- Manage accounts in a geographical sales territory
- Develops, maintains, and advances relationships with current and potential customers to cultivate new selling opportunities.
- Documents and communicates the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders
- Co-ordinate with pre-sales and professional services teams
- Identify key Business Decision Makers across Marketing, Finance, Sales, Planning, and Supplier Management.
- Input ideas and participate in Sales events
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts through Sales Management and CRM tools
- Identifying, qualifying, developing and closing contracts for assigned products and services
- Develop or assist with sales and market plans in coordination with other applicable areas
- Familiar with ADSL market & customers
- Work as a team member with other sale experts.
- Communicating with customers via direct contact & Telephone & Written correspondence (Letter, Faxes, and etc.)
- Monitoring customer preferences.
- Responsible for achieving his/her sale target
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 3 or more years' related work experience
- Good presentation Skills
- Previous experience negotiating with agents
- Demonstrates understandings of profit and loss concepts
- Previous experience in a fast paced environment
- Those with experience in working in B2B, B2C market take precedence
- Experience in IT industry is a Plus
- Motivated and self-directed, ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Good team work spirit & hard working
- Computer skills of MS Office & related software
