Job Description
- To understand the strategies and to expand them in the sales process
- To research, study, learn and organize buying guides, installation instructions, instructions for use and other information of kitchen & home appliances
- To find out, study, learn and organize the technical specifications of each product of each brand
- To prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- To provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers in the store, and responding to their inquiries
- To interview customers to determine what kinds of products they are seeking
- To advise customers, in the most effective way possible, what specific parameters they should consider when selecting a product to buy, and finally, to guide them to buy a proper product
- To resolve customers' complaints by investing problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendation to the management
- To maintain a professional appearance and to provide a positive company image to the public
- To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new brands and products, delivery schedules, etc. as much as possible
- To prepare status reports including activity, closing, follow up and adherence to goals
- To attend weekly joint reviews with Sales supervisor regarding weekly plans and achievements
- To attend monthly sales meeting
- To provide ideas on sales
- To perform associated store duties
