The objective of the role:
We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, innovative, and over-achieving Sales Engineer with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives.
List of responsibilities:
● Identify and track suppliers.
● Attract and connect with potential customers.
● Submit and follow up requests to get results in CRM.
● Organize arrangements for managers with customers.
● Follow up the negotiations until the purchase stage.
● Update the purchase price of raw materials and sales of competitors' products.
● Answer incoming phone calls and advise customers.
● Receive purchase feedback, record and process them.
● Promote sales in planning.
● Motivation for and personal development.
● Compilation of service database.
● Follow-up of tasks assigned by the manager.
● Reporting to: Commercial Manager.
● Length of probation period: 3 Months.
● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
● Travel requirements: Yes.
● Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable.
● Commission, bonus, and benefits: No.
Requirements
We are seeking a specialty sales expert (male/female) in Polymer/Chemicals with the following qualifications:
● 1 to 3 years of selling experience in Polymer and Chemicals/or related products in polymer/paint.
● Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical, or Polymer Engineering or related fields.
● Good knowledge of chemistry/polymers and have professional sales skills.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Familiarity with CRM software related to the sales market in chemicals.
