•Objective of the role: Execute sales affairs from start to end.
•Main Responsibilities:
-Arrange and organize meetings with clients
-Presenting the company products and services
-Negotiating with clients over technical and financial topics
-Monitoring construction building status in his/her responsibility area
-Searching for new markets and new projects
-Proposing recommended equipment for car-park ventilation system.
-Working hours: Sat. to Wed. 8:30 a.m. – 17:00 p.m.
Requirements
-BSc in Mechanical Engineering (or Minimum 2 years’ experience in ventilation)
-2 years’ experience as sales engineer or mechanical engineer
-Strong knowledge on ventilation concepts and working rule of fans
-Professional skills with MS tools, e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel
-Proper skills with AutoCAD
-Familiarity with architectural building plans and sections
-Knowledge on CFD simulation (preference)
-Good team member
-Ability to work in flexible hours
-Negotiation skills
-Planning and sticking to plans
-Ideal Age Range: Maximum 35
