Job Description

Major tasks and responsibilities of position: - The Medical Sales Expert should build a long-term value adding relationships with her/his contacts, representing our products. - The Medical Sales Expert should follow cycle detailing guidelines and ensure that specific communication objectives/ relevant features and benefits of our products are effectively delivered to the contacts. - The Medical Sales Expert is responsible to achieve a quantitative coverage as per his/her objective. - The Medical Sales Expert is responsible to monitor potential customers of his/her area, in line with department policies. - The Medical Sales Expert should have a disciplinary recording and reporting system as per the department instructions and file/archive all territorial records again in line with the department policies. Major Accountabilities: - To meet or exceed sales targets (Sales Growth/market share growth) within agreed budgets and timescales. - To ensure outstanding personal and team knowledge, and understanding of Health market priority products, technical information, product Knowledge, strategy, positioning, key messages and marketing programs. - Organizing appointments and meetings with community and hospital-based healthcare staff - Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings

Requirements

Priorities for recruitment: - Candidates with higher education degrees in Bio medical Engineering, Laser engineering, physics engineering, Photonics and paramedical experts. - Good connection with Plastic and General Surgeons, Endovascular surgeons, Dermatologists, Gynecologists, and Otolaryngologists (ENT specialists) is considered as a merit. - Good command of English - Team work spirit
