Managing the Sales Department including Retail customers, Chain Stores, Provincial Sales and Distribution in Iran
-Defining sales strategies and policies
-Providing annual sales plan
-Distributing customer requests among the sales teams
-Manage and supervise re sellers and representative and negotiate with them
-Coordination with production and planning manager regarding sales issues
-Generate analytical reports regarding sales forecast
-Reporting to: CEO
-Requires occasional travel inside and outside the country
-Manages a team 15 to 20 people
Requirements
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from a recognised Institute
• At least 5 years of sales experience
• At least 3 years in a Sales Management level position
• Experience in commercial and sales of 200+ food product per year at least
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Sound knowledge of Commercial Sales technology and business
• Strong relationship and management skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong financial awareness and business acumen
