Job Description

  • Plan, organize, lead, and control all sales activities.
  • Develop market share.
  • Lead and develop a highly motivated and well-performing sales team.
  • Manage daily sales operations.
  • Develop an accurate seasonal sales forecast.
  • Meet quarterly and annual business targets.
  • Compile and analyze sales figures.
  • Provide timely feedback to the CEO regarding performance.
  • Attend exhibitions and host technical seminars and events.
  • Meet consumer finance and sales tasks.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Good knowledge of home appliance and AV products sales management is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking ability and teamwork capability.
