- Distribution of some drugs in each city with Supervisor supervision and Marketing and Sales Manager
- Check the broadcast site daily to check sales and inventory, track referrals, ensure centers are sufficient
- Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries
- Drug Transfer between Contractor Distributions (in coordination with Regulatory Units and Quality Assurance and Supply Chain Financing)
- Resolves promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices; forwarding resolution to managers
- Get sales information and statistics - Inventory of products weekly and send to related department
- Providing information on the availability of broadcasts to supervisors
- informing the Supervisors about the number of sales and inventory of products in the centers
- Receiving orders from Scientific Supervisors from Supervisors and announcing distribution and follow-up for order
- Coordination with broadcasting companies for ordering and tracking until shipment
- Making a good connection and effective relationship with customers
- Communicating with customers (F2F visit, telephone and correspondence)
Requirements
- Familiar with telemarketing
- Familiar with pharmaceutical distribution companies and drug stores
- Minimum Bachelor university degree in related field
- Knowledgeable for all mentioned tasks
- Self-motivated and disciplined Planning and multitasking Skills
- Very good communication skills
- Advanced MS Office especially Excel is important
- Ability to read, write in English
