Job Description

• To negotiate and close sales by agreement terms • To follow up sales process from start to end • To develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements • To prepare sales reports and keeping customer records • To meet seasonal sales targets • To resolve customer complaints by recording problems, proposing and finalizing solutions with clients, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management • To create and lead the sales network in the assigned region • To gather market and customer information and provide feedback on sales trends in the assigned regions • To establish and maintain close relationship with clients and partners • To develop relation with new customers • To close the deal and receiving purchase orders from clients • To issue sales documents and follow up the payments with the clients • To develop and maintain customer information and database. Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Manager Location: Tehran with 25% travel to assigned regions and sales events around the Country Working hours: Saturday - Wednesday 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM.

Requirements

University qualifications: For Sales and Marketing Expert Have A MBA Degree or Bachelor`s degree in business expert or have Bachelor`s degree in related fields Previous experience: At least 2 years related work experience Specialist knowledge: Marketing Other Skills: presentation ability, personality, and positive attitude is totally important in the success of a sales and Marketing expert. Candidate should be dynamic and take self-initiative to aggressively push our solutions in the market Creative and lateral thinker and a good team member. Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels both within the company and with Clients. Due to the nature of the business, the job holder will often be required to work long hours. The job holder should have the ability to cope with several demanding customers/situations simultaneously and these must be dealt with tactfully at all times. Good presentation and influencing / negotiation skills. High personal motivation and a sense of urgency. Good knowledge abilities in sales and marketing planning. Proficient in all Microsoft office programs: Excel, Word, CRM, and important programs, etc. Job holder should be able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
