Mahan Sepehr Taban Company is looking for a sales and marketing supervisor to strengthen its market sales and development team. This key role in Tehran is based on awareness of market needs and adapting sales and marketing strategies to the company's goals.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase market share
- Managing and analyzing sales data and presenting performance reports
- Support the sales team and monitor their performance to achieve the set goals
- Coordinate with other sectors to improve business processes and increase customer satisfaction
- Establish and maintain effective communication with customers and identify new sales opportunities

Monnesis:
- Introduction to Word and Excel software
- the ability to manage and lead the sales team
- having strong communication skills and ability to negotiate
