Job Description

• Development, marketing, project control and business plan preparation of new products • Making good communication • Outstanding communication skills and strong solution engineering • Build up a new brand of Telecommunication, Telemetry , SCADA and Automation fields in local market • Marketing and business development, business plan and new product development • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, contractors, sales experts • Working closely with the sales and technical department to ensure partners' services operate smoothly • Meeting the supplier company if needed • Analyzing markets and suppliers • Monitoring and evaluating the sales and customer services process in the company • Preparing product comparison tables if needed • Organizing, planning and performing all exhibitions, Congregation and symposiums • Managing new product/service development, including idea generation, market analysis and product/service design. • Preparing necessary documents regarding new product/service development and Give product demonstrations and presentations to sales and marketing manager • Supervising product/service development which involves collaborating with technical teams • Compile and provide business analysis results for strategy planning and decision making • Coordinate all the activities related to the survey such as scanning, analyzing, formatting, summarizing and presenting results • Prepare research reports including findings and recommendations to management • Provide prospect reporting daily/weekly/monthly and status updates to management • Supervise all involved vendors (vendor management) • Reviewing, verifying and validating with close cooperation with vendors for Business Plans and Procedures • Analyze the business market & sales trend  

Requirements

University qualifications: BSc or MS in Electrical/Electronics/Control engineering (MS Degree in business, marketing is preferred) Previous experience: at least 3 Years experiences in related field Language Skills: Having good skills in writing, listening and speaking English Specialist knowledge: • Knowledge of new product development, marketing, project control and business plan preparation • Good communication ability • Outstanding communication skills and strong solution engineering • Excellent communication skills, able to engage with sales team and business partners • Excellent business acumen • Able to build up a new brand in local market • Good experience in distribution development • Strong leadership & capability to achieve sales target • Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed on assignments • Good knowledge in Telecommunication or Control and Telemetry or SCADA and Automation fields Other Skills: • Team leading, good Relationship, meetings attending • Hard-working, diligent, responsible, initiative taker • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines • Good at Microsoft office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. • Good at Internet Research
