
Job Description
• Managing a distribution center in Tehran • Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency • Provide ongoing coaching to all distributors' visitors and help them to achieve the target. • Taking part in sales activities for key-account customers from contacting to fixing the contract • Managing of Implementing Branding and advertising affairs • Responsible for the performance and development of the sales teams • Preparing reports of marketing progress (monthly, quarterly & yearly) • Responsible for Human Resource Management • Proposing and preparing marketing models • Reporting to: Regional Sales Managers, accounting division of company
Requirements
• Highly self-motivated • Good communication and management skills • Minimum experience of 5 years in sales and marketing and distribution management • BS or MS in management, MBA or related fields a plus • Strong oral and written communication skills • High personal motivation and a sense of responsibility • Strong Customer Relationships • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements • Recruitment and training skills • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs - Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. • Business oriented
