
Job Description
Main Responsibilities: - Manage e2e sales flow across all channels and layers (sell_in / sell_thru / sell_out) - Lead and supervise the existing accounts & handle all the communications & relationship with key wholesalers and dealers - Create demands & Push sales of current stock in all layers - Account briefing on new ranged products & lock orders - Hunting potential accounts across country through regional market visits & activate them - Resolving sales issues, collecting & processing the reports - Monitor sales performance & tracking the incentives - Promotion deployment & managing trade programs through Accounts - Market visits and monitor the competitors activities with customers - Running loyalty programs to increase share of wallets - Monitor sell thru reports of customers and plan/push for sell out - Stock inventory monitoring & propose the solutions for product movement - Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs - Ensure achievement of agreed KPI's and Targets with respective accounts per regions - Ensure effective distribution operations by managing whole distribution layers & set up - Reporting to channel manager & head of operation
Requirements
- Academic degree preferably in business management , IT & Telecom domains - 3 years' experience in FMCG , Mobile, IT sales & distribution (Mobile/IT background is a plus) - Familiar with the key Mobile/IT Wholesalers & sub disit's (retail level is a plus) - Familiar with Trade marketing activities - Excellent command in English - Excellent knowledge of ICDL (capable of MS Word, Excel , PowerPoint and Outlook) - Ability to Travel to the provinces across country - Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills plus team working attitude - Based in Tehran
