Sales Accountant

Job Description

This position is generally responsible for establishing full control over sales processes, establishing continues controlling and reporting on AR (aging), supporting and interacting with the sales and logistic team, establishing full control over cash and banks, insuring accuracy of financial accounts balances, timely month closing, supporting the finance manager on its tasks. The detailed accountabilities are as follows: ● Process and control all PIs and sales invoices on a daily basis. ● Control discounts and promotions policies applying to sales. ● Control the customer’s credit and overdue on a daily basis. ● Prepare sales reports on a daily basis. ● Monitor, reconcile and control the accuracy of supplier's and customer's account balances. ● Prepare and follow up monthly reconciliation for account receivables (AR)/payables (AP). ● Prepare and monitor weekly AR aging reports. ● Process all the cash/bank transactions from recording to payment on a daily basis. ● Book and process all the petty cash. ● Maintain accruals, prepayments, assets, and all related accounts. ● Contribute to monthly closing and reporting. ● Contribute to annual budget and performance review reports. ● Support finance with administrative tasks of the above. ● Do all other ad-hoc finance-related daily tasks.
