Job Description

  • Keep in touch with the stakeholders of the company including the managers, organizational departments, employer, superior organizations, subcontractors, etc. in order to be informed of the executive plans of the sites.
  • Evaluate the performance of the employees and the subcontractors in terms of the safety, health, and environmental criteria in order to minimize the discrepancies and send the reports to the stakeholders including the project managers, TCI managers, and the provincial MCI managers.
  • Detect and evaluate the safety risks of the staff and the subcontractors and the environmental condition in order to follow the safety instructions and minimize the disasters caused by the jobs.
  • Analyze the incidents and the issues related to the different jobs in order to detect the causes and provide preventive solutions.
  • Assess the training needs and evaluate the competencies required for the jobs in order to plan for the training sessions.
  • Conduct training sessions and maneuvers related to safety and health in order to maximize safety.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in domestic safety inspections.
  • Mastery of the updated governmental instructions.
  • Proficiency in ISO 450001 and ISO 14001.
  • Familiarity with the safety instructions such as working at height, digging, etc.
  • Familiarity with first aid, fire extinguishing, reacting in emergencies, etc.

  • At least 3 years of work experience in the related field.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.).
