Russian-Speaking Sales Specialist

Job Description

Borj Trading Company, active in the export of building stones, is looking for a Sales Specialist fluent in Russian to support the development of our business in Russia and CIS markets.

Requirements
1. Full and practical fluency in Russian, especially for business communication and negotiation
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong negotiation, follow-up, and persuasion skills
4. Interest in sales and international trade, with a strong ability to learn quickly
5. Ability to work with computers, the internet, and social media
6. A proactive, result-oriented, and responsible attitude
Priority Will Be Given to Candidates Who:
1. Were born in Russia or a CIS country, or have lived, studied, or worked in these countries
2. Have previous experience in trade, sales, or business relations with Russia or CIS markets
3. Have experience in B2B sales, export, the building stone industry, or construction materials
Key Responsibilities
Identifying and attracting potential customers in target markets, communicating and negotiating with international buyers, following up with customers, presenting sales offers, and converting business opportunities into confirmed orders.
Employment Conditions
• Workplace: Isfahan, Sheikh Mofid St., Arbab St.
• Remote work is available for qualified candidates living outside Isfahan
• Working days: 3 days per week
• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Fixed salary: 20 million Toman
• USD-based sales commission ($500 and above)
• Performance bonus and business trip allowance
