Air France - KLM one of the leading European airlines in worldwide air transportation is currently recruiting in Teheran for Ticketing & Reservation Agent. As a member of Eligasht, PSA for Airfrance KLM, you will be responsible for contributing to the increase AF & KL market share. You will also be required to promote AF & KL and SkyTeam products and services to our customers as well as enhance customer loyalty. Core Activities: • To identify & fulfill customers’ expectations (face-to-face or by phone), propose and sell AF & KL products and services • To handle overall reservation and ticketing tasks (ticket issuance, fare calculations, modifications, refunds, etc.) • To deal with all trade related calls and requests; supplying information on AFKL related products, fares & conditions, ticketing rules among others • To handle all Frequent Flyer queries and handle award bookings • To manage first level customer care providing information to passengers pertaining to claims • To update direct manager on competition development & clients’ input on product (sales aspect)
