Job Description

● Define goals and present short and medium-term plans of the research and development unit based on the macro strategy of the company. ● Complete monitoring of areas related to the company's activities in terms of clinical and engineering. ● Responsible for new designs from idea to delivery to the production line for industrial production. ● Responsible for the technology department of productivity improvement and enhancement projects. ● Transform the company's needs into micro-projects and project management. ● Manage a team of technical elites and solve challenges. ● Liaise with qualified suppliers to supply production equipment, parts, semi-manufactured and raw materials.

Requirements

● Master's degree or a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or Medical Engineering. ● At least ten years of work experience. ● Fluent in product reverse engineering, product design, and general manufacturing process. ● Fluent in production machinery and equipment such as plastic injection molding machines. ● Experienced person, ‌ Seeker, creative, hardworking, committed, and disciplined.
