Job Description

A successful candidate will be involved in the registration of a wide variety of novel high-quality veterinary products with the Iranian Veterinary Organization (IVO). 

This job involves the following items:

• Product registrations and follow-up with IVO and other related veterinary organizations to expedite these procedures.
• Conduct order registrations, currency allocations, custom releases, and distribution procedures via pertaining websites including (D.IVO, CERT.IVO, ERP, E.IVO, and NTSW).
• Review and ratification of documents about order registrations, imports, and custom releases from technical and regulatory points of view and compare those with related national standards and the registration certificates.
• Follow up with the lab results for the products issued by the National Diagnosis Center Lab and other accredited laboratories.
• Follow up with receiving the distribution licenses and constant monitoring of the distribution and exit flows of the products from the storages, recording statistics in the corresponding systems, and obtaining the health certificates as necessary by law.
• Proceeding with renewal of product registrations and follow up with IVO and other related organizations to expedite these procedures.
