Objective of the role:
-Ensure the business operates within the company's mission statement.
-Manage all negotiations with representatives and Customers Covered.
-Ensure that the performance of the Central Operational Management Team is efficient, effective and delivered within budget
-Improve and develop operations performance by monitoring KPIs.
-Design & Improve the sales/logistics/warehouse process & procedures of the representatives.
-Monitoring all representatives Operations.
-Design the short term & long term business plan aligned to company strategies in his region.
-Develop Key Performance indicators of Operational Services.
-Provide the Chief Operations Officer by comprehensive reports.
-Drive the operations business to increase profits and generate positive cash flow.
-Ensure all financial targets and other agreed targets are met in all operations departments/representatives.
-Achieving monthly, periodic and annual targets by controlling the defined KPIs to meet the company's targets.
Reporting to: sales director.
Travel requirements: Ability to travel to cities, at least 12 days a month.
Requirements
-Experience in FMCG field is necessary.
-Superb negotiation skills.
-Business/financial acumen and Supply Chain knowledge.
-Ability to calculate and analyze key forecasting metrics.
-Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
-Time management and organizational skills.
-Change management skills.
-Analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Positive attitude to continued learning.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team, as well as manage people.
-Good judgment and decision making.
-At least bachelor degree.
-having a college-related university education is an advantage.
-Over than 5 years’ of experience in the related position.
-Preferably Male.
-Ideal Age Range: 30 - 40.
