Main Responsibilities:
Manage and lead regional sales and distribution team and coordinate between sales and other staff
Planning, Develop and lead sales plans and other plans of company in region
Develop strategies for market expansion and revenue growth in all market segments
To achieve targets for sales and distribution, profit contribution and market penetration for assigned products
planning, Control and monitor stock levels
Regular monitoring of sales records and regional distributors' performances
Providing regular reports to the Direct Manager
Research and analysis the market situation.
To maintain and improve product knowledge of the sales Team and field managers and to continually update knowledge on the product and competitors
Visiting customers regularly
Number of Required: 1 Persons (East Region Base On Mashhad,)
Reporting to: Sales Director
Travel Requirements: Frequent domestic traveling
This position is also available in Mashhad .
Requirements
University Qualifications: Bachelor university degree
Previous Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Sales and marketing in FMCG Industry, at least 2 years experience as Regional sales manager or Area sales manager
Skills and Requirements:
Very aggressive in sales, with good communication skills and follow up skills
Having good skills in Microsoft Office
Effective planning abilities
Creative ability
Excellent ability to lead and manage a team and coordinate between them
