- Source candidates through various methods and proactively develop talent pipelines in anticipation for business need
- Screening resumes, Performing in-person and interviews based with candidates
- Following up on the interview process status
- Effectively analyze and report recruitment metrics
- Assisting in updating and implementation of workforce planning
- Interview with released and resigned staffs
- Report recruitment's statistic monthly
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's Degree in HR, Management or any other relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Power Point
- English language (Intermediate)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Dominant in interview techniques and analyzing psychological tests
- Knowledge of Employment Laws and recruiting best practices
- Enough knowledge in Human Resources planning & strategies.
- Knowledge in other human resource processes can be an advantage
