-Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization -Conduct candidate screenings and qualification interviews -Sourcing, selection & recruitment process -Competency based interview model and have good interview skill -Accomplishing exit interviews and surveying the results -Find new and innovating ways to promote reputation of company in order to attract the most qualified candidates
Requirements
-Bachelor or Master Degree in Management, Human Resources and relative field. -At least 4 years of related work experience. -Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel…). -Effective communication and negotiation skills -Analytical thinking -Flexible to work under pressure. -Talented to learn different approaches. -Skillful in problem solving. -Having strong team working abilities. -Ideal Age: 27-32
