-Responsible for developing and implementing the overall staffing & recruitment programs
-Establish different requirements related to recruiting
-Developing recruitment procedures and forms
-Preparing recruitment database and keeping it updated
-Register data in systems, creating reports and identifying irregularities
-Use different recruiting methods according to available terms and conditions
-Internal and external job posting
-Perform telephone interviews and setting up the recruitment interviewing programs
Requirements
-At least 2 years previous work experience
-Grade: MS/BS
-Familiar with recruitment processes and various interviewing methods
-Familiar with various psychological tests
-Management (All branches)
-Mastery of Office software
-Flexible and teamwork ability
-Strong public relations, interpersonal skills and high learning power
-Ideal Age Range: 26 - 35
