Competency based interview model and have good interview skill
Accomplishing exit interviews and surveying the results
Find new and innovating ways to promote reputation of company in order to attract the most qualified candidates
Requirements
Bachelor or Master Degree in Management, Human Resources and relative field.
At least 4 years of related work experience.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel…).
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Analytical thinking
Flexible to work under pressure.
Talented to learn different approaches.
Skillful in problem solving.
Having strong team working abilities.
