- Greeting visitors, and directing them to the right person
- Answering & directing calls (to ensure that calls are quickly answered)
- To ensure that callers receive a satisfactory reply to their call
- To Take & relay messages
- Receipt & register courier parcels and distribute them to the relevant individuals.
- Register all incoming & outgoing couriers
- To register & send the travel order forms to the relevant travel agency or airlines
- To keep a copy of travel orders in the file
- To work closely with the security of the building to facilitate the parking places & entrance of authorized guests.
- Coordinate & welcome VIP visitors
- Register all incoming & outgoing couriers
- General clerical & administrative support upon requests
Requirements
- Min. 5 Years related experience in archiving and reception tasks
Good communication & follow-up skill
- Motivated, Energetic, and Hard Working
- Always have a positive & friendly attitude towards callers, visitors & colleagues
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
- English Fluency ( French is a plus)
