● Be able to set and manage technical meetings with group companies’ technical teams.
● Assist in setting ingredient and product specifications.
● Manage and schedule tasting sessions.
● Conduct experiments (e.g. laboratory or process experiments) to deliver new products, evaluate ingredients, materials, products, and processes.
● Be able to establish and maintain technical contacts with customers’ technical teams in different field of specialties in order to provide technical supports and follow-up the projects.
Requirements
● University qualifications: Chemical, Polymer and Textile engineering.
● 6+ years of progressive experience in Research & Development with focus on the detergent industry.
● Significant experience in the delivery of R&D/Innovation product initiatives including detergents, processes, and cost improvement.
● Preferred experience/knowledge of manufacturing operations and quality standards.
● Fluent in English language.
