Job Description
Radio Network Planning and Optimization Manager WiMAX Radio Planning and Optimization Manager GSM/GPRS radio network planning & optimization. Supervising the Vendors for preparing of nominal and detailed plan for coverage, capacity, Frequency and neighbor planning. Supervising the Vendors for optimizing the network. Monitoring BSC, TCSM capacity and performance. Following and analyzing statistics: traffic intensity, traffic congestion, drop calls percentage, handover success and resource availability. Optimizing of BSS (Ericsson and Huawei) parameter for network performance improvement prepare SID and create site in BSC.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication field, Radio engineering or relevant majors 2. Min 3 years of experience on relevant field (MW transmission network design & implementation on filed). 3. Excellent knowledge on Telecommunication works for GSM network transmission planning (Microwave, Optical, Satellite) 4. Good understanding of transmission network application. 5. Skills on using survey tools collecting necessary data and compilation in a proper documentation (GPS, Compass, Map, Path loss software etc). 6. Specialist knowledge: Huawei equipment optimization experience. Or DT Report analyzing experience for other vendors. If there is some fundamental knowledge about optimization there is some facility in the company to train the talent in 2G/3G network optimization. 7. Good command on MS Office applications Word, Excel and AutoCAD. 8. No travel obligation in and out of country. 9. Proactive, adaptive and a team player. 10. Team leading capability but not a must. 11. Holding driving license.
