Job Description

● Consult with clients on research design and provides insightful proposals. ● Manage all phases of quantitative market research studies including: questionnaire design, sampling plans, data processing and analysis specifications, data validity checking, report preparation of report and recommendations in line with the strategic business issues, presentation preparation. ● Actively supporting the head of Dept. in identifying prospective projects. ● Specifying data analysis specifications and checking data. ● Day-to day running of more than one project. ● Supervise the design of research instruments (questionnaires, sampling plans, data processing, analyzing and reporting). ● Monitor and supervise fieldwork. ● Mindful of costs/profits on jobs. ● Communicate relevant information accurately and in a timely manner. ● Run more than one project at one point in time. ● Mindful of costs/profits.

Requirements

● Education: University graduate, preferably Statistics, Sociology and MBA. ● Minimum two years' experience in a similar role; preferably in the market research industry. ● Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). ● Expert in statistics software such as SPSS. ● Proficient in English both written and verbal. ● Self control. ● Cross functional approach. ● Customer focus. ● Delivers results. ● Functional and technical skills. ● Innovation. ● Intellect and problem solving. ● Interpersonal skills. ● Prioritizing. ● Service excellence. ● Time management. ● Values and integrity.
