Effective monitoring on product quality
Resolving customers problems and handling their complaints
Familiar to calibration and working with accurate instruments/ tools
Coordinates laboratory material and equipment qualification, calibrations, and precautionary maintenance programs as needed
Quality cost control and optimization
Running regular customer visit and audit programs
Quality Data Analysis, Preparing Reports, Chart and Statistics
Leading continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure that the QA Department staff is performing inspections pursuant to the QA Inspection log.
Communicate issues to suppliers, and where possible, take necessary actions to work towards a quality improvement plan with supplier
New product launches
Enforce quality planning activities such as: PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, CoP testing
Requirements
At minimum, MS Degree in industrial engineering On the job experience as an equivalent will be considered.
Minimum of 10 Years work experience 5 years Seniority required in automotive industry
Detail work oriented with above average organizational, multitasking, communication skills, and have strong PC literacy with experience of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Internet, Outlook)
Understanding of measurements, conversions and the ability to use measuring tools
Full command of English, French, German both written & spoken
