Position Summary:
We are recruiting motivated, high-potential recent graduates to join our QC Specialist Development Program, supporting our petrochemical projects in Venezuela.
This opportunity is ideal for graduates in Metallurgy, Materials, Mechanical, or Quality Engineering who are ready to commit to an intensive professional training path leading to a technical career in a high-impact, real-world industrial project.
Recruitment Plan:
1. Online Application & Screening
2. Technical Evaluation & Interviews (basic knowledge and motivation)
3. Behavioral & Psychological Assessment
4. Acceptance into the Intensive Training Program (in Iran)
5. Final Onboarding & Recruitment to the Venezuela project site
As a QC Specialist, you will:
- Learn and apply inspection techniques in disciplines such as welding, piping, civil, electrical, and mechanical works.
- Contribute to verifying materials, processes, and workmanship.
- Participate in technical inspections, documentation review, and reporting.
- Be a vital part of the quality control team, ensuring safe and compliant rehabilitation of critical production assets.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related QC-focused discipline.
- Basic understanding of engineering materials, quality systems, or industrial codes (ASME, API, ISO) is a plus.
- Internship or vocational training in EPC, petrochemical, or plant maintenance projects is desirable.
- Willingness to relocate and commit to structured technical and behavioral development.
- Proficient in English and interested in learning Spanish.
- Curiosity, discipline, and the willingness to learn under pressure.
