- Defining of company quality goals from production manager.
- Describing the quality goals of the company in a way that is the basis of proper planning.
- Planning and developing quality plans (including policy goals, plans, organizations and quality practices) with goals, plans, budgets, and policies set by the production manager
- Creating the right organizational structure for quality activities.
- Determining the policy (quality systems, quality control, safety and health, environmental protection, laboratories and calibration) according to the company's quality goals.
- Providing the necessary inspection and testing equipment.
- Creating and communicating with the marketing department to meet customer demands.
- Designing, planning and developing a quality culture within the company
- Participate in scientific commissions and relevant organizations
- Planning to enhance the quality knowledge of quality management staff
- Encourage and assist individuals in order to link their individual goals with those of the organization
- Determining the standards required for the performance of individuals and subordinates
- Confirmation of quality mismatches after identification and discovery by personnel
- monitoring and re-tests after resolving mismatches
- Determining statistics of quality and hygiene mismatches, analyze them and report to management
- Determining the status of product identification, inspection and testing

Requirements
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Food Industry, Laboratory Sciences or Related Degree
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Being Proficiency in English Language
- Being Excellent in Office software
- Being familiar with ISO 22000 and HACCP Food Safety Standards
- Being Proficiency of the principles of PRPs and the principles of GHP, GMP
- Designing of Experiments (DOE)
